Biography
The story of Dave Devoid began a long time ago. Some of you may remember this time, others may be foreign to it
It was a time when music was fresh. A time when society embraced change for the better.
A time when razor sharp dance moves were making their way to the surface of the streets. Break dancing was the weapon of the day. Hip-Hop the culture and the awakening of musical talent was imminent. This was the 80's. This is when House music wasn't even baptised into modern culture. This was when the talent of Dave Devoid was to awaken.
10 years on, Dave has expanded beyond his first love. Dabbling in the arts of Techno, Jungle, Acid and everything in between but always coming home to his truest love. His bridal beat, his House music.
2008 saw the confirmation of Dave Devoid into the dance music industry with his online radio show on Kick 106. For the first time since his baptism into music, the people rose up and paid attention to Dave. They still hang on his every mix.
But who is Dave Devoid? Well, that we leave for you to find out.
He is well known around the murky mysticism of the internet, with loyal fans on all the major industry web pages paying homige to the man.
Such pages include, Dj Magazine, Waxpilots and many more.
He is now going beyond the safety of decks and mixers and is training in the art of Production, but will he master it?
So far he's shown promising progress with two tracks already signed to the widely acclaimed 'We Continue' label and more opportunities constantly knocking on his door step of fate.
